SEM (Search Engine Marketing), also known as paid search, is the process of gaining website traffic, sales, leads or other engagements by purchasing ads on search engines.

While many business owners have the time and the technical acumen to handle their own Google Ads management, my experience is that unless you have invested the time to learn it well and are constantly updating their skill set to stay current with the latest tools, it’s best to outsource it.
